The Philadelphia International Music Festival Children’s Day Camp Program

PIMF offers an immersion in classical music education and performance including:

Shown below is a sample daily schedule for one of our programs, reflecting a typical day at the Philadelphia International Music Festival.

Once registered, a program specific schedule will be included in your registration confirmation packet .


Sample Schedule:

08:15am - 09:00am - Breakfast
09:00am - 12:00pm - Orchestra Rehearsal
12:00pm -01:00pm - Lunch
01:00pm - 02:00pm - Choir, Sight Reading and Theory Classes, and other Music Education Courses.
02:00pm - 03:00pm - Required Private Practice Hour
03:00pm - 06:00pm - Optional Chamber Music Program, Private Practice or Sporting Activities.
06:00pm - 07:00pm - Dinner
07:00pm - Evening Program (Recitals, Chamber Concerts, Competitions, and more.)

Note: Private lessons will be conducted throughout the day.

All Day Camp families are given two complimentary tickets to each evening activity at the Philadelphia International Music Festival
with the exception of: All Instruments Master Class with Kimberly Fisher, and the Grand Finale Concert.

Please note: If attending as Extended Day Campers, check-out is 9:00 p.m.
